Recently, Idaho was ranked 3rd in the Nation for women starting new businesses.  We will be giving more details of the 2019 report as well as hear reports from the National Women's Business Council and our Core Program Partner, University of Idaho. We will educate on the resource available with the SBA and discuss possibilities for women in Opportunity Zones. Karen Applegren, Director of the Zions Business Resource Center will share some of her "Inside Secrets" in business. 

We invite our partners, (government officials, educators, corporate and economic development leaders) to join us as we are striving to create an ecosystem of partners to support our Idaho women n business, especially in rural areas.  We invite entrepreneurs to join us to learn how they might better scale and grow as well as to learn about our efforts to overcome the struggles in access to capital, childcare, and the availability of tools and technology.
