Sandra has been a certified life coach for over 18 years and operates Discover Life Balance, LLC with her partner. Her business, Sandra Wood Coach is located in Boise, Idaho. She works both one on one with clients and in group settings.
She spent several years working in corporate and nonprofit leadership management. She specializes in relationship challenges and has worked with women through a divorce, career crises, and the challenges of re-examining identity and self-value.
