About Kat Reese Coaching
I began working with kids while attending college. I knew I wanted to help people find their purpose because I wished someone would have helped me. As a teen, I always struggled with knowing if I was making the right decisions and having someone to help me through the tough times.
After years of working with children and their families, I got my Masterss in Psychology, emphasis on Life Coaching. I have been trained in many modalities to help people recognize what their body is telling them and how to use those messages to guide them down the right path. I have helped kids become independent in their environment and helped build their self-confidence to go after their goals.
