In this session -- All companies have a culture. We’ll discuss why you would want to set about purposefully building an effective culture and how doing so impacts the bottom line.
Presented by: Michael Patten, HR Consultant for BBSI Idaho Falls Branch.
Mike is an HR Consultant for BBSI, providing support to various businesses throughout the area. He has also worked for 15 years on the manufacturing floor – from a laborer to an industrial mechanic. He moved into HR in 1998 and has worked at 3 food production facilities, a metal fabrication facility, and today as a BBSI consultant. This varied experience has helped shape his perspective on effective HR. He is a national member of SHRM and holds senior level certifications from SHRM. Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources from ISU, and an entire career of experience helping employees develop to their potential and creating company cultures of accountability.
